Studio Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before signing up for a membership or purchasing any passes.
By enrolling as a Glofit Client, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
STUDIO POLICIES
- Please inform your instructor of any injuries or if you are pregnant before class begins.
- Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class time.
- Group classes are 45 minutes long, with some classes lasting 30 minutes.
- As a courtesy to others, please silence your phone and refrain from using it during class.
- You must be at least 16 years old to attend group classes (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian).
- If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the instructor reserves the right to deny participation.
PREGNANT CLIENTS
If you are 16 weeks pregnant or more, you may not attend Reformer JUMP, Matify, or FLO. You can attend all other classes until you give birth or begin feeling uncomfortable. Please consult with your doctor before attending classes and listen to your body. If something doesn’t feel right during class, stop immediately and notify the instructor, who will provide alternatives. It’s crucial to inform your instructor of your pregnancy prior to class for your safety.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or rescheduling for group classes must be made through the MOMENCE app at least 3 hours before class begins to avoid losing your session and incurring a $10 late cancellation fee. Cancellations via email, phone, text, or social media will not be accepted.
Glofit reserves the right to cancel a class or substitute an instructor for any reason. In such cases, you will be credited for the class.
For private, duo, and trio sessions, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.

NO-SHOW POLICY
If you reserve a spot and fail to show up without cancelling through Momence, you will lose your session and incur a $15 no-show fee, which will be deducted from your account.
PURCHASES
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued.
Intro Offers are valid only for new clients, starting from the first booking. Extensions are not allowed.
Payments must be made before booking.
If you book into a class and later use your credit for a different class, your original booking will still stand. You will automatically be charged for any classes booked, 1 hour before the start time.
DECLINED PAYMENTS
We reserve the right to retry any failed payments, including membership, product/merchandise purchases, no-show fees, and late cancellation fees. Momence will automatically continue retrying until the payment is successful.
MEMBERSHIPS
All memberships are billed weekly.
Memberships have a 24-week contract, except for the No Lock-In Contract. After your initial 24 payments, your membership will continue automatically unless cancelled. To cancel, 2 weeks' (2 payments) notice is required via email. No new contract is required after the initial term.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your membership after your term, a 14-day notice (2 payments) must be provided in writing via email to hello.glofit@gmail.com. This applies even after completing your minimum contract term, except for the No Lock-In Contract, which can be cancelled at any time. Please allow 2 business days for processing.
SUSPENSIONS
To suspend your membership, 2 business days’ notice in writing is required. We can suspend your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 90 days. Suspensions will begin on your payment date and end the day before your next payment date. The maximum suspension period is 3 months.
WAITLIST
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email or text up to 1 hour before class starts. By joining the waitlist, you commit to attending the class if a spot opens. Remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.
ONLINE ORDERS
The Delivery Policy is incorporated into these Purchase Terms. To purchase merchandise, your delivery address must be within a Glofit service area. All orders incur an additional A$9.95 shipping fee, charged to your payment method after order processing.
AGREEMENT
I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and require careful attention to instructor cues and movements. I agree that Glofit is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
I accept that there are inherent risks of personal injury, property loss, or death, and I agree that neither I nor my heirs, assigns, or legal representatives will hold Glofit or its members liable for any such incidents, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Glostate Waiver Agreement
GLOSTATE POLICIES
Please inform our receptionist of any injuries or if you are pregnant prior to your appointment.
Ice Bath sessions are 44 minutes, while Sauna and Contrast sessions are 59 minutes. You may use the showers and toilet facilities after your session. However, once your session time ends, you must exit the Glostate Recovery Room.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Glostate Recovery Room (unless supervised by a parent or guardian).
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that children do not attend appointments unless they can be safely accommodated in a baby carrier.
Please note that your session will begin at the scheduled appointment time.
Be cautious when entering and exiting the Sauna & Ice Bath. Ensure you dry your feet thoroughly on the provided mat to prevent slipping.
Pregnant clients cannot attend Sauna or Contrast sessions
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

AGREEMENT
During your session, always listen to your body. If you begin to experience symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, or flu-like symptoms, discontinue your session immediately.
I acknowledge that using the Ice Bath or Sauna may carry a potential risk of personal injury, and I agree not to hold Glostate or its staff liable for any injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
By attending appointments at Glostate, I confirm that I have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
