Studio Terms & Conditions
Please read through the terms and conditions before signing up to a membership or purchasing any passes. By enrolling as a Glofit client, you agree to the terms and conditions.
STUDIO POLICIES:
- Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries or if you are pregnant prior to the class commencement.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class time.
- Our group classes run for 45 minutes and some 30 minutes.
- As a courtesy to others, please do not use your mobile phone during class and please silence your phone.
- You must be at least 16 years old to attend our group classes ( unless supervised by a parent or guardian).
- If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the instructor reserves the right to refuse you from participating.

PREGNANT CLIENTS:
If you are 16 weeks pregnant or more, you will not be able to attend Reformer JUMP, Matify or FLO otherwise you can attend ALL of our other classes until you give birth or until you start to feel uncomfortable. We advise chatting to your doctor before attending classes and listening to your body. So if something does not feel right during class, stop and let the instructor know and they can always give you an alternative. It is essential you advise an instructor of your pregnancy prior to attending a class. It is critical we know this information for your own safety.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations or rescheduling group classes must be done through MOMENCE at least 3 hours prior to class commencement to avoid losing your session and being charged a $10 late cancellation fee. Momence will automatically charge the $10 late cancellation fee as we do not accept cancellations via email, phone, text or social media.

Glofit reserves the right to cancel a class and substitute the instructor at any time for any reason. You will be credited for any classes in this circumstance.
There is s strict 12 hour cancellation policy for private, duo's and trio sessions. If you fail to cancel within this time, you will be charged 50% of the value of your session.

NO SHOW POLICY:
If you reserve a spot in class and do not show up without cancelling through Momence, you will lose your session and will be charged a $15 no show fee that will deducted from your account.

PURCHASES:
- All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable between individuals. No refunds will be provided.
- Our INTRO OFFERS are only valid for NEW clients only. It is only valid from the first booking, there will be no extensions on the intro offer.
- Payments must be made before your booking.
- If you have booked into a class and use your credit for a different class, your booking will still remain. You will automatically be charged for any classes you are booked into, 1 hour in advance.

DECLINED PAYMENTS:
We have the right to re-run any failed payments. This includes membership payments, product/merchandise payments, no-show fees and late cancellation fees.
Momence will automatically continue to retry payments until successful.

MEMBERSHIPS:
All memberships are billed weekly.
All memberships are a 24 week contract , except the No Lock In Contract. Your membership will automatically continue on an ongoing basis, after your first 24 payments. If you wish to cancel, we require 2 weeks (2 payments) notice via email. You are not required to enter a new contract of 24 weeks. The contract is a 24 week minimum contract.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your membership after your term, 14 days notice (2 payments) must be provided in writing via email to hello.glofit@gmail.com. The 14 days still applies if you have completed your minimum term of your contract. This excludes the No Lock In Contract Membership, which you can cancel anytime. Please note we need two business days notice to process this cancellation.

SUSPENSIONS:
If you wish to suspend your membership, we require 2 business days notice in writing to our email to ensure enough time to action your suspension. We are able to suspend your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 90 days. Suspensions will start on your payment date and finish the day before your next payment date. Our Suspensions time is a maximum of 3 months at a time.

WAITLIST:
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If there are any cancellations, you will be notified via email or text up to 1 hour before the class commences.
Adding yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend that class, should a space become available. Please remove yourself from the waitlist, if you no longer wish to attend to avoid late cancellation or no show fees.

ONLINE ORDERS:
The Delivery Policy is expressly incorporated in these Purchase Terms. Please note that to purchase merchandise, your delivery address must be within a suburb where Glofit provides delivery. All orders have an additional A$9.95 shipping cost that will be charged to the provided payment method after the order has been processed.

AGREEMENT:
I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and that care must be take when following the instructors cues and movements. I agree that Glofit will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen property.
I accept that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Glofit or its members for personal injury, property loss, wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
